Total Recall: Colin Farrell, Kate Beckinsale, Jessica Biel
An awful remake. Brutal. Even two of the best looking female leads in big budget cinema can't save this turkey. The Biel character is almost pointless.
The Bourne Legacy: Jeremy Renner, Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton
Another turkey. 3rd in a row for this franchise IMO Less said the better.
To Rome With Love: Woody Allen, Alec Baldwin, Ellen Page, Penelope Cruz, Jesse Eisenberg.
Allen is back in front of the camera but he's not hogging it. He's rather part of a large ensemble cast, who are probably all thrilled to be in a Woody Allen film, especially in the wake of the home run he hit with Midnight In Paris. Not one of Allen's more memorable efforts but still a good little time waster. A quirky, sometimes farcical series of comedic vignettes set in modern Rome. Much of the film is subtitled, which adds a touch of Italian authenticity.
