JACK THE GIANT KILLER has been delayed by 9 months. Not a good sign. Never a good sign.
I sense a bomb here. I really do. The trailer I saw was underwhelming except for one brief humorous scene. The sudden interest in retelling fairy-tales (Hansel & Gretel, Snow White and The Hunstman, Mirror Mirror) may have proven to be too much competition this year for 'Jack'. Quite frankly, I don't think any of three listed above are going to do decent box office; no one is going to buy Kirsten Stewart as Snow White when you've got Charlize Theron playing the evil queen, and Julia Roberts in Mirror, MIrror already looks like a front runner for the Golden Raspberry awards in every category next year.
Also, Arthur & Lancelot is getting put on the back burner
