Song has more hooks than a tacklebox, quintessential Brit humor, and radiates the rather bizarre ethos of the early 70s. And the critics despised it, too. What's not to like?

The Abbey Road medley is the best thing they ever did.

Apart from which, my favourite Beatles song is probably "Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown)". My favourite McCartney solo song is probably "Bluebird" and my favourite Lennon solo song is probably "Aisumasen (I'm Sorry)".
