Looks about right. Except there's that Turkish beach party scene with a "dead" Bond and the Greek girl that seems to be sometime soon after the title sequence.

The yacht scene after Macau might not be in Turkey, or could just be a Turkish yacht. Here Bond is captured and sailed to Silva's island and HQ (based on Hashima Island), where they meet for the first time. Then follows London.
