Doing some rooting around and found via an Anderson website that the next film of his will be Grand Budapest Hotel set in the 1920s in Europe, of course.

Anderson says in the Hollywood Reporter:

Quote :
Well, yes, [my next film is] Grand Budapest Hotel. It’s a Euro movie. It’s a period picture. I can tell you the cast — maybe you already know the cast, but I can tell you properly who it is: We have Ralph Fiennes, and we have Tilda Swinton and Jeff Goldblum, Willem Dafoe, we have F. Murray Abraham and Jude Law, and we’ve got Adrien Brody, Edward Norton, Harvey Keitel, Jason Schwartzman, Bill Murray, and Mathieu Amalric. And I think Owen [Wilson] is gonna have a little part, too. Oh, Saoirse Ronan has quite a big part. I’m thinking if I’ve forgotten anybody. Yeah, we have a good group.

looks a good set up cast wise, obviously Murray (wouldn't be an Anderson film without him in some respects) but I like the additions of Goldblum and Dafoe who were aspects that added to Life Aquatic.

Filming started shooting in January in Berlin.

BERLIN -- Wes Anderson has begun shooting his latest feature, The Grand Budapest Hotel, on location in and around Berlin.

'Moonrise Kingdom' Debuts Bill Murray, Wes Anderson, Bruce Willis and Edward Norton Clips (Video)Soundtrack to Wes Anderson's 'Moonrise Kingdom' Tops Classical Chart'Moonrise Kingdom' Director Wes Anderson on 'Stealing' From Kubrick, Polanski (Video)Marking the Moonrise Kingdom writer-director's first film shot in Germany, Grand Budapest stars Ralph Fiennes as Mr. Gustave, the unflappable concierge of the eponymous hotel. It features an all-star ensemble cast including Bill Murray, Adrien Brody, Edward Norton, Saoirse Ronan, Jeff Goldblum, Willem Dafoe, Tilda Swinton, Jude Law, F. Murray Abraham, Jason Schwartzman, Mathieu Amalric and Owen Wilson.

The bulk of the feature will be shot on location at the Gorlitzer Warenhaus, a historic shopping center built in 1912 near the German-Polish border. Grand Budapest Hotel is set up as a co-production between American Empirical Pictures and Indian Paintbrush together with Studio Babelsberg, allowing the film to tap German film subsidies.

Regional film body the Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg is backing Grand Budapest Hotel to the tune of €450,000 ($600,000). Further regional and federal subsidies are expected to complete the film's budget. Anderson is producing the film together with Scott Rudin, Steven M. Rales and Jeremy Dawson, with Charlie Woebcken, Christoph Fisser and Henning Molfenter from Studio Babelsberg acting as executive producers.

Grand Budapest Hotel is set to shoot through March in Germany for a planned 2014 release.

Anderson received an Oscar nomination for his latest, Moonrise Kingdom, in the original screenplay category, sharing the honor with co-writer Roman Coppola.

I'm gonna do a run of his movies at some point, but I'd like to see him try something different.
