This is a thread I've meant to start for a while. I can't recall if we've had one, so...

I heard the commentary by F.X. Feeney on THE TOWERING INFERNO. Really terrific commentary, I'd recommend it if you're a fan of the film as I am. Made me appreciate the film even more than I had. I heard a page or two turn in the background, so I think he had notes. But it seemed to keep him on track and shows he was prepared, and he didn't sound rehearsed. He had a lot to say.

Always enjoy Jerry Goldsmith's commentary for PLANET OF THE APES. He doesn't talk much, but when he does he gives funny anecdotes and pisses on modern blockbusters.

I always enjoyed the commentaries David Chase gives on The Sopranos. Gives you a real insight into what goes down behind the curtain.

to my shame probably Nick Meyer (and Denny Martin Flynn's) on Star Trek VI.

Free Enterprise's is fairly entertaining. They don't let up from what I remember.
