If I have a weakness it's for sweetness.
USA choccies - Hershey drops...I can pop 30 of these in one sitting
UK choccies - Maltesers - as above...
Luckily, it does not translate into extra pounds on my ass or thighs...

I have about 7 or 8 cups a day. Caffeinated. I don't believe in decaf.
I smoke about a half pack of cigarettes a day. Full pack if I'm going out or drinking.

Yeah, I don't 'get' decaf either ... what's the point of that shit with your toast in the morning? S' not gonna give you the necessary kick up the ass to get you out the door to work.

One of my friends gets an involuntary side effect with caf....her fingers tremble...
Another friend has it worse, if she doesn't get caffeine from coffee, or a coca-cola...she gets a tension headache.

Plus, there is the fact that the chemicals that they put into the coffee to decaffeinate it is worse for you than the caffeine itself!
Perhaps Rooibos naturally caffeine free tea is the solution, either that or the 'Half Caff' route - a half-way 'Maxwell House', it has to be said!

Coffee and caffeine. Ridiculously so. If I'm bored and doing nothing I will drink coffee. Sometimes this tops out at something like five to six cups in an hour. During the uni semester I work up to 56 hours on top of a full time uni load, so I take caffeine pills to stay awake/get through assignment deadlines. This usually ends in minor heart palpatations that have me give it up for a month only to start again.
Food and exercise. I will gorge myself on food, feel disgusted by it, and then spend up to six hours working it off. For the rest of the week the exercise high will keep me going back to the exercise but I won't gorge myself again for weeks. So I drop weight like that. Of course if it's a 56 hour week with an assignment due I just wind up putting on a ridiculous amount of weight in a short time frame, then losing it again.
Masturbation. See my bored coffee drinking. I'll spare you the details about time and refactory, but it gets bad.
Work. I will cancel social plans, not show up to birthday parties, miss family events to work. Doesn't matter if it's a project for a uni club or a shift at a cafe, if I get to do something 'productive' I will drop everything to do it.
Online shopping. I have stockpiled more clothes, shoes, fitness equipment, books, and alcohol than I will probably ever need.
Alcohol. Not so much now but I used to drink daily, and binge drink up to four times a week. $1000 dollar weekends I don't remember except for flashes of vomitting in various places, waking up in public places, and talking/hooking up with slags etc. In retrospect I chalk it up to learning experience.
Music. I've spent days just sitting and listening to music. Doesn't matter what kind, how good it is etc, I can go into a trance like state and just absorb it all.
Surprisingly my experiences with illicit and prescription drugs have done nothing for me.

One of my room-mates caught me red handed on campus...thought I'd die and be forever embarassed...instead I accelerated her bi-curious leanings...never had to masturbate after that and she was good....
I'm not sure if you guys fluff each others cocks though....

Cigarettes.
I quit smoking for about a month. And I'm right back to the several packs a week.

I have a similarly demanding fitness regime only I've substituted 10cl of Lagvulin for cigarettes. My doc has suggested champagne would be kinder to my brain and liver, but what does she know?

I've teetotalled over the last couple of months, though I used to be a smoker, drinker and occasional stoner. Ashamed to call myself a Bond fan.

Time to bring back this thread for my annual "I've quit smoking" post. This will last about a week before I go back to smoking like a goddamn chimney.
I'm pretty much convinced I'll never break the habit. I like it too much. A cigarette with coffee. With a book. In the winter. In the summer. At the bar. After a bang. Just enjoy smoking despite all the risks.
Yeah, so I haven't smoked in about a week. I'm not very optimistic about this lasting very long. I've tried quitting 3 times... two times I made to about a month, but never longer.
