| This one might work a little better. I prefer the outlines. |

| Great. I'll put that up on bookface at the start of the year, maybe earlier just to spread awareness first. |

| I've been slowly re-reading the novels (in between non-Bond books) for a year or more now. On FYEO now, so I'll see you gents in August perhaps. |

| I've started Casino Royale.
If only two people are going to participate, then I guess there's really no point in carrying on with this. |

| I hope not, I'd love to read everyone's thoughts on the books. |

| See what I can do. I'm deep into Fatherland at the moment but will likely hit CR by midweek. |

| I started on Casino Royale. Bit jarring after Fatherland as I got used to that reality but CR is a top 3 Fleming for me and there's those little lines that tickle. |

| Didn't read CR, but I listened to Alex Jenning's reading of it when exercising thanks to this link: http://yarnsripped.blogspot.com/search/label/Bond%20James%20Bond Only thing that peeved me a bit were when certain passages were cut out, which threw me out of the loop because it made me think that I might have zoned out and missed something. Plus his attempt at an American accent was amusing, but nothing bothersome. Glad I was getting a taste of Fleming in a quick fashion, as I'm more occupied with reading the Gardner novels.
Next I'll be listening to the BBC Radio adaptation with Toby Stephens as Bond. |

| It's almost April and no one has posted anything about it since January. I think it's dead. Very disappointing, to be honest. |

| I tried but have in recent days veered into Alistair MacLean. My Bond books standby. |
