I started on Casino Royale. Bit jarring after Fatherland as I got used to that reality but CR is a top 3 Fleming for me and there's those little lines that tickle.

Didn't read CR, but I listened to Alex Jenning's reading of it when exercising thanks to this link: http://yarnsripped.blogspot.com/search/label/Bond%20James%20Bond Only thing that peeved me a bit were when certain passages were cut out, which threw me out of the loop because it made me think that I might have zoned out and missed something. Plus his attempt at an American accent was amusing, but nothing bothersome. Glad I was getting a taste of Fleming in a quick fashion, as I'm more occupied with reading the Gardner novels.

Next I'll be listening to the BBC Radio adaptation with Toby Stephens as Bond.

It's almost April and no one has posted anything about it since January. I think it's dead. Very disappointing, to be honest.

I tried but have in recent days veered into Alistair MacLean. My Bond books standby.
