I don't think this is the first time a President, Democrat or Republican, has been mocked.

Also, Trump brought the small hand thing on himself by making a big song and dance about it when Rubio had a crack. That has its origins 25+ years ago when MAD Magazine called him a "small-handed vulgarian" and, in response, Trump repeatedly faxed their office scans of his hands.

If you have to say you have a big dick, chances are...

Brilliant, the same should be done with all foreign aid in my view. We need to look after our own needy in the US and UK first.

I can heartily agree with this. Although I'm not against foreign aid with countries who don't bite the hand that feeds them. Co-operation goes a long way in establishing friendly diplomatic ties. I wouldn't mind if Trump gave some of those millions to an island which recently ravaged by a hurricane, but would understand if he didn't considering that the US and PR also got slammed several times.

Fuckistan obviously plays both sides of the fence and deserves its comeuppance. Kiss his big old orange arse. A lot of prancing in the streets right now by those who will, hopefully, never see a US visa in their lives.

I see the establishment media have taken a leaf out of the Trump playbook and are now touting Oprah as a potential Democrat President. Presumably with a Kabinet of Kardashians.

My own personal favourite Sasha Grey seems to be out of the running. Who do you think might make a suitably qualified candidate to rule the Free World?

Sasha Grey would make an interesting President, but I don't know how she'd conduct international talks with her mouth full.

Scratch that, I think she could bring peace to the Korean peninsula and the Middle East with her hands tied behind her back.

I have also seen saner Democrats who realize how misguided an idea it is to combat an unsuitable candidate with an unsuitable candidate of their own.

It is interesting though that some of the potential candidates (like Kamala Harris and Kirsten Gillibrand) are already being attacked by the left-side of the party for not being ideologically pure enough.

You could be onto something here, Ambler ... Terry Crews' President in Idiocracy is a wrestler and porn star, if memory serves.

Her first concern wasn't the betterment of all Americans, or to solve the $20 trillion dollar debt, it was to be the first black woman President... jump

The polity has been debased to the point where a celebrity giving a nice speech now somehow correlates to suitability for high office. I don't blame Trump for that as much as I blame social media and the Buzzfeedification of discourse.

After what Ambler said about Sasha Grey for President, this is kinda spooky -

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/porn-star-was-paid-130000-to-keep-quiet-about-a-relationship-with-trump-wall-street-journal-reports/2018/01/12/fde75e72-f7ef-11e7-91af-31ac729add94_story.html?utm_term=.eae8d7f71afe

Reminds me of when this story about David Cameron broke - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Piggate - and people were convinced that Charlie Brooker knew of it when he penned this - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_National_Anthem_(Black_Mirror).

When it comes to Trump, I get the feeling that scandal fatigue has set in.

I'd also posit that at this point - assuming the porno hush money story is true - it would do little to dent his popularity with his base. They already know that he's a world away from Pence-esque Puritanism.

The porn star story is between him and his wife anyway. It's not anyone else's business.

The shithole countries are frothing at the mouth crying *race* while they continue to have GDP's which fuck their citizens up the ass. And they'll all be lining up to kiss Donald's big old orange arse when they want their next handout.

Had a hearty laugh watching CNN's Don Lemonhead try to play the race card for 2 nights in a row.

Apparently Donald went off-script in his SOTU address and called all of the countries who voted against their decision to move their embassy in Israel as "enemies". It's rather telling in terms of the nature of his presidency that such a gaffe can merely be shrugged off at this point.

Here's the part about Israel and Jerusalem from the transcript...are we looking at the same one??

Last month, I also took an action endorsed unanimously by the Senate just months before: I recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel.

Shortly afterwards, dozens of countries voted in the United Nations General Assembly against America’s sovereign right to make this recognition. American taxpayers generously send those same countries billions of dollars in aid every year.

That is why, tonight, I am asking the Congress to pass legislation to help ensure American foreign-assistance dollars always serve American interests, and only go to America’s friends.

I'm thinking he meant parasites places like Pakistan, who holds out its begging bowl for US money and arms and then fucks around when it comes to co-operating satisfactorily.

From my biased standpoint I quite liked the majority of his SOTU speech. Libtards are going crazy. They don't want the middle ground going his way or they lose 2018 and 2020 as well.

What did everyone think of Trump's State of the Union address?

As an American, I feel obligated to watch these. Whether you're red or blue, it's always good to at least listen. I followed the live hashtag on Twitter during the entire broadcast and it was honestly exhausting. Politics is becoming exhausting. I'm beginning to hate turning on the news every morning.
