R.I.P. indeed, Pepper was a fun character (despite feeling somewhat 'crowbarred' into Golden Gun).

As a big fan of J.W. Pepper (my favorite Bond ally/comic relief character) this was quite sad to hear. His role in Golden Gun might be shoe-horned to oblivion but damned if it wasn't a blast to watch ("You that secret agent! That English secret agent, from England!") and is my favorite part of the film. R.I.P. to one of Louisiana's finest.

A sad day for swamp-dwelling black Russians. R.I.P.

Sad News, ironically JW is probably one of the most ill concieved inclusions of Roger's first two Bond films yet thanks to James' delivery ends up being one the best and most memorable moments.

Sad to hear of his passing RIP
