A little too casual for the office, Moneypenny.

Naomie is lovely.

She's never mentioned in the lust threads, but her shaving scene with Craig is very charged. Though not as pornographic as I've made it sound.

Yes, yes she is.

And good to see that even in 'NuBond' whilst the attraction and playfulness between the two is still there, they've still both got enough professional savvy not to do anything about it.

OK, starting to run out of inspiration on the Bond ladies front. Back to English glamour girls.

Naomi looks much better with straight hair. Nice pair of jugs for Bond to cum on at the office Christmas party too.

Ambler, you requested pics of a couple of ladies just before I logged out yesterday. You seem to have deleted the post, but if you post their names again I'd be happy to seek the pics out :) .

In the meantime ... Geena Mullins -

Thanks, BI. They're Gabriella Licudi and Janet Munro. Janet did a lot of glamour stuff under different names after her Disney days. Gabriella did a few experimental films in the late 1960s.

I just read Geena Mullins as Gina Miller. Now, that would have been funny. laugh

This is the lovely Gabriella. Not a common look in the UK.

Thanks for your efforts, Blunty - it seems Gabriella has vanished off the face of the earth. Did find this amusing short of 21-years-old Helen Mirren in her first film role.

My pleasure :) .

Heh, imagine if Parky had had that clip to hand during his 70s interview with Mirren during which she takes umbrage at his suggestion that her 'assets' might prevent her being taken seriously as an actress.

The Janet Munro pic is from '61 flick The Day The Earth Caught Fire, interesting that a nipple is clearly visible. Thought they still weren't keen on that sort of thing in the early 60s.

It was not unusual in early 1960s Britain to shoot two versions of scenes, one clothed but suggestive for timid Anglo-Saxon audiences and one topless for the continent. The Day the Earth Caught Fire is a notable example; Circus of Horrors is another.

Here's one of the topless Munro scenes, but there are much better examples out there:

"Circus of Horrors" is the Hammer Horror film in which a disgraced plastic surgeon uses his skills to populate a circus with newly made beautiful women, right? I think I saw that one, way back in the day.

Right film, wrong studio. It was actually Anglo-Amalgamated, which made a few other notable exploitation flicks such as Horrors of the Black Museum and Peeping Tom.

Right! What was that trilogy called again? I still need to watch "Black Museum".
"Peeping Tom" is, of course, a masterpiece.

Some call it the Sadian trilogy. Anglo was taken over by Associated British Picture Corporation in 1962 and it immediately wound up the sex-horror productions, moving on to more respectable fair such as A Kind of Loving, Billy Liar and Darling. There was a brief attempt at more-traditional horror with a couple of Corman/Poe films in 1964.

EDIT: I see Yvonne Monlaur died in April this year. sad Her blog is still up. http://yvonnemonlaurofficialblog.blogspot.co.uk/

Poor quality (apparently recorded off-TV), but here's a comparison of the UK and continental cuts of Circus of Horrors. Unfortunately the only negative that appears to have survived is the bowdlerised UK/US cut.

You're welcome, FM.

And cheers, Ambler ... very interesting, that 'UK/international versions' thing.

The history of censorship fascinates me ... a current example is the standards of 'basic' cable. I simply cannot understand why (to take an example from The Walking Dead, a show I enjoy) it's fine for us to see a character's entrails graphically get pulled out and feasted upon by a 'walker', but it's not OK to hear their friends exclaim 'Fuck!' (or any of its variants) in response.

How's about some Atwell, Blunt? She has curves as well as tits - what in a kinder age used to be known as womanly.

Harvey Weinstein called her too fat and told her to get on a diet.
