Maybe they just needed more time to polish the tur-- film.

The most likely reason for the delayed release is that China is now a huge box-office market, and as the country where the Coronavirus originated and which has the most fatalities from it they're probably not exactly expecting great turnout at their cinemas anytime soon.

Why isn't Bond following in the same steps? just release it here now and in China at a later date?
