I've always been pretty aware of this project that starred Sean Connery's brother, Neil Connery. One of the many Bond knock-offs to come out in the 60s, but what makes this very unique is that it had appearances by Bond co-stars Bernard Lee, Lois Maxwell, Adolfo Celi, Anthony Dawson, Daniela Bianchi. Maxwell even said that she got paid better in this film than in the Bond films (getting under-payed seems to be a recurring theme under Broccoli and Saltzman's employment).
Finally watching it via MST3K, I knew it would be a turkey but it's even worse than I thought. Just all around bad. If Neil Connery had to be dubbed by a horrible voice actor, I can only imagine how he actually sounded.

From the Wikipedia page - 'The producer Dario Sabatello read a story of Neil Connery losing his tools during his job as a plasterer in Edinburgh and decided to use him to make one of the many imitation James Bond Eurospy films that flourished in European cinema at the time'.
There can't have been many movie leads whose ineptitude in their previous job played a part in their casting.
