Exactly. The only other explanation for her shooting at Bond is if she had precognitive ablilities and knew Bond would pop his head up. Too bad she's a terrible sniper relying on a laserpointer which was the reason Bond dodged her shot as he noticed the red dot coming at him.
In the end the whole sequence didn't add anything to the story unless you consider Q's ranting at Bond for destroying his "fishing boat" pivotal. The QOS chase suffers the same problem, but at least that wasn't chucked in the PTS.

Just finished it. Yeah, he's no fan of it. Nothing new though, it's pretty much what nearly all Bond fans think of DAD. Still at least he threw in some nice montages and the last one with the two Craigs was clever, "let's face it, I could kick his ass".
Look forward to his observations on Craig's duo.

Just listened to his DAD review and mostly agree with him. I liked how he used in split screen to show the "homages" that DAD took from the other films.

Some hilarious bits in that DAD review, absolutely loved the reactions from previous Bonds upon seeing the surfing debacle (including Victor The Drunk!), and then later the gradual evacuation of the cinema as the silliness of the film progressed. Brilliantly done. The Xanadu bit was funny too. Needless to say, as a fellow hater of this era I agree with a lot of what was said, even though I still perhaps consider DAD to be the lesser of Brozzer's four evils.

Yup, the guy's strength is definitely the montages. I'd like to see him crank out some more once in awhile between his observation videos just for kicks.

Did he put any music behind his monologues this time?

On and off. Would help if he put up more music, he's not the best speaker on the web.

With his talking about some directer he whas close to trowing everthing he thinks about DAD overboard. There are somethings what open my eyes again on things i don't know or remember. Sean Connery consider to play a scond Bond, serious ? with this comment he trowing his comment about 40 years overboard.
Whyle there be a couple of things i diagree there be also a lot of things to agree with. I also think it is fresh to heard somebody speak with not hating Brosnan but don't like him and moost inportent not blame everthing on him. And he don't mind a fift Bond with him.
I stil hope he wil comeback on things on Twine and DAD with his next part. In specialy the his talking about Hip/Michael Bay (something i think in specialy Michael G Wilson should be blamed for.) and explosions. Because he vergot the second part of the ''Hip''. The Hype of the time the movie is made in (see my comment about Wilson.) what be a bigger problem with CR i think then DAD. Because he said Die Another leaked in creative but have have more Bond rules whyle CR mess with the rules. Then i mean the movie looks back to the old days of some fantasy (Christopher Walken reference), i agree i also don't like some of the 40 years party repeats and i finaly somebody who also dislike Cuba scene with Jinx. But not every remember is bad and i like the car.

I enjoyed hearing his criticism of Frost describing Bond for M. I always thought that was a terribly corny, self-conscious moment in the film. Guess that was Purvis & Wade's idea of doing some character work between all the explosions. I lmao'd at the bit where Craig stalked Brosnan and then played a recording of Craig Ferguson for him.

I agree, quite refreshing.

I can't agree with this. DAD took on a lot more aesthetics from Michael Bay or MTV than CR took from Batman or Bourne or anything else. And the former's style is far less appropriate for Bond, IMO.

CR messes with the rules, yeah - no Moneypenny, no Q, little Bond theme - but it ticks far more important Bond boxes (which hadn't been ticked in years!) than DAD ever does.

The Jinx Cuba scene is pretty accurate. The film, despite its flaws, goes along nicely before she appears and opens her mouth. Nice to hear someone who doesn't buy Halle Berry's Oscar credentials, she's never been that good in many flicks and her diva attitude behind the scenes is something I find repugnant.

I just watched the Die Another Day one in its entirety. I agree with a lot of it, and I'm happy that he thinks that Jinx is worse than Christmas. There are some little things that I could question, but whatever. And that last montage with Bond and Craig was fantastic - clips from two of my favourites :)

After he finished the Brosnan Age videos he said he would take a break from Bond and probably do the Craig films sometime this year. He took a similar break between the Dalton and Brosnan tenures.

Announcement from HS on the upcoming Bond entry. Not only will he cover the Daniel Craig CASINO ROYALE film but he'll also cover the other CRs with Barry Nelson, David Niven and of course Pierce Brosnan's. ;)

Haphazzardstuff Casino Royale 1954 review is online, this is the anouchment video.
I have seen the first couple of minutes and he already make a fun comment to DC Blond hair comments.
Shame that this 1954 CR never been released in the time we live now in my country on VHS or DVD. This made this review from him only intresting for the background of the start of the novel series and infection on the frachise, he also talk a litle bit about. Great to see some other footage of that movie then the couple of second's Eon give us. I like it it to see some of those footage remember me to production design of the Casino from OHMSS, Twine and CR2006 and Bond his behaviour style in Twine/OHMSS/DR NO.
Watched the review, despite never having seen the TV movie. Until now I was never terribly interested but I might check it out. Still haven't seen the '67 spoof.
