| I'm looking forward to it, because it's Soderbergh's last film. - Quote :
- con·ta·gion
noun /kənˈtājən/ contagions, plural
The communication of disease from one person to another by close contact - the rooms held no risk of contagion
A disease spread in such a way
The spreading of a harmful idea or practice - the contagion of disgrace Kinda like those seminars he does. And what's with all these obscure smartarse titles? CONTAGION, SYNECDOCHE NEW YORK etc... I look forward to David Cronenberg's LEXIPHANICISM (2013). |

| Going by its definiton - I daresay CONTAGION's a decently obvious title for a film about a one-touch spread disease, rather than being an "obscure smartass" one. Not sure if I'll get around to seeing it, but I am always interested in seeing blockbusters with all-star casys like they used to make. :) |

| Looks like The Outbreak to me, but without Cuba Gooding Jr. And Matt Damon is in his usual repertoire, doing his trademark yelling in pursuit of answers. |

Yeah. Not anything obscure. I'm interested, though the Soderbergh flick I'm really looking forward to is his considerably more trashy HAYWIRE. |

Yeah. Not anything obscure.

I'm looking forward to both as well, but HAYWIRE is definitely the Soderbergh film that I most want to see in the coming months. Both films should be good, though, especially as Soderbergh has assembled two rather solid casts for these films. |

| CONTAGION has garnered pretty decent reviews. I plan to check it out on Friday.
BTW, The New York Times states that Soderbergh has four more films due for release in the future: HAYWIRE, MAGIC MIKE, THE MAN FROM U.N.C.L.E., and his Liberace biopic. Then it's bye-bye Soderbergh. |

Talk about a long goodbye. |

| Two more years, I'd guess. Soderbergh is a pretty quick filmmaker. HAYWIRE's already in the can and MAGIC MIKE is going to be a small film. |

| So Soderbergh isn't retiring after all. He's just taking a break: - Quote :
- "It's less dramatic that it sounds - it's just a sabbatical," the 48-year-old director told reporters at the Venice Film Festival.
[ . . . ]
"I feel I need to recalibrate, so I can discover something new," he told The Observer, echoing words he used in a BBC Radio 4 interview in 2009.
"I'm out of ways of telling art." |

Nonsense. Merely your limited imagination has run dry. |
