My guy works from home, family and does a bunch of stuff for companies so he was swamped but even he said he got too swamped, apologised for not giving it back two weeks ago. My touchpad was fucked. Still, I'm here in time for a new Bond film... ...postponement. I need a time machine back to 1969 please. |

| Permission to leave? How about permission to post more?
It's a shame, as much as I love Bond, I really have fallen off the wagon in the last decade in posting - only popping in occasionally. As much as I love the books and films, I've kind of drifted away from posting. I sure do miss being more involved in great discussions in the films and books that changed my life. It's almost been 20 years now (yikes!) since I started posting on the old MI6! Going to give it a shot to try and get on here more to post!
P.S.: SPECTRE is the worst Bond film of all time. :) |

| Always good to see you Moore, and indeed to see you post, er, more :)
It happens, real life as it were gets in the way of things, time passes before you realise. Law, twenty years since old MI6? I think I started spring 2007, so...well, fourteen years is bad enough.
As for Spectre, well, yes. |

P.S.: SPECTRE is the worst Bond film of all time. :) Good to have you back on a more permanent basis, Moore. I've always enjoyed your output and a man who recognises the travesty that SP is can't be all bad (though I'd say CR06 is just a touch worse). Can't remember if I posted it here or in a message to Hilly on Facebook, but BAB has been around for 11 years (10 since KTBEU went up in smoke). I started posting on KTBEU back in 2007, with the anniversaries of YOLT, TSWLM, TLD and TND being 40, 30, 20 and 10 respectively. What a time. I still hadn't seen CR06 at that point, so I was a little less jaded. |

Good to see this place still standing. Anyone for Pimm's? |

| Thanks chaps. As Alexander Armstrong used to say, it's a quarter to Pimms o'clock.
Read at the weekend whilst on that break, that Pimms' sales are dipping because of Aldi's version is doing better. That's fighting talk in my book. |

| Aldi are a supermarket chain that have yet to open in NI, so here at least Pimm's sales should be solid (that said, we DO have Lidl and I dunno if they produce their own version). |

| Popping over to Scotland (Dundee, to be precise) from tomorrow until Friday for this year's holiday. Am glad for my tendency to 'citybreak' within the UK/ROI ... the Covid rules 'n' regulations around international travel look deeply off-putting. |
