My current list is as follows:

Oh, man, some real stinkers in this list. I made mine from bottom to top. I had to group them as, for me, there is a great deal of space between 10 and 11, 14 and 15 and so on. The top 10 are pretty much in order but that order changes on occasion. Top 5 are always top 5 though.

Thats my top ten. Here's the rest. Prime criteria btw are va-voom and other superficial looks factors, followed by charm and personality. However the crabby factor can undo a lot of good work accomplished in the looks department ( Scorupco and Green) D'Abo is simply annoying.

She's very close to Top 3 as well but its hard to push out Tiff, Goodnight and Stacey. In fact I could create a special top Platimum Bond Girl category which could then include all 5 with equal status.
Tiff and Pussy get big points for not only looks but also for their larcenous bad girl sauce. Goodnight gets full marks for awesome bkikini blondeness as does Tiff for not only bikini brilliance but also for pure vavoomness in every scene she's in, plus big points for cheekiness and general excitablilty. Goodnight and Stacey score high in excitability as well.
Richards and Roberts, the pin-up girl science stars who get caught up in Bond's world, earn extra points for general pluck and for bravely aiding Bond with their academic insights, while straining under pressure in a wet t-shirt or prancing about in next to nothing.(Stacey)
Richards gets extra cheek points for her "do you just want a glimmer too?" line and of course for her hot pants swish walk. Stacey's got cheek to spare as well, but really distinguishes herself with the best "James, James, James" screaming in the entire series. Such force of will under such trying circumstance.
Marvelous performances by these women. The 5 are worthy of elite Bond girl performance status.

Um LaLa, only one of my top 5 even made your top 10 and just barely (pussy in 10th) while 3 others are down at the bottom of the pile and one is MIA (Stacey)

As you included Kara twice in both 1st and 9th, I can only assume that you intended Kara for 9th (very generous ) and that Stacey was obviously intended for 1st but Kara's name got typed in by mistake, thus no Stacey.

Or possibly you were doing the list in reverse order with Kara at the bottom. If your list is flipped it works a lot better.

Ah! I love reading your posts. :) I'm glad someone else has noticed that walk. I find Christmas to be akin to Tiffany and Pussy, as they're all working for the the villain, all have a sassiness and all are very confident in personality. And, well, Christmas's meeting with Bond is synonymous with "The Look", where she watches Bond as he walks off. Something that the tennis girls in CR do, what Stacey does when she cleans the table, what the receptionist does in DN as Bond accepts his telephone message, what Sylvia does after he exits the casino and what Fields does when Craig wanders about the stationery. I love those few seconds that highlight Bond's magnetism. One moment of this in Dalton's era would have improved his tenure, IMO.

Why is Kissy Sazuki, her flat chest and her two lines listed over Aki?

I think in rearranging my list after I left someone out made things go awry. Obviously Kara is going to top my list. Maryan D'abo isn't my avatar for nothing! MI6 never had a good enough avatar of her, IMO. I'm making up for lost time.

But yes, I think it's safe to say we have differing tastes in women. I should hope so, seeing as I'm a hetero female...
