I seem to have problems editing my posts.

When I click on the "edit" tab and try to change my text into bold and italics it doesn't work. I can't seem to change the font size as well.

I can't seem to access the home page link on here. I can obviously log in but then I can't get to the forum area.

Its blank, just white space. I'm accessing the forum in a roundabout way. Bit of a pain TBH.

Am I the only one getting this problem (if it is a problem): Sometimes I check into the forums and all of the New Post icons are no longer lit up, even though I know there are posts and threads that I have not read. I've tried logging out and logging back in, but to no avail. Weird....

When you log out, the "new posts" become "read", so to speak.

Not really a technical problem, but any chance of easing the glue on the Films You've Seen In 2011 thread, and stickying its successor? I had a look around the mod tools and couldn't do it.

How do I embed soundcloud? Such as this:

I've figured it out. First off, you have to use flash tags.

Then you click on "share" on the Soundcloud page. Copy the embed code, and isolate the url (inside the fourth pair of quotation marks) of the player. If you have the box ticked on "Use the HTML5 widget", you must delete the "&show_artwork=true"></iframe> bit at the end. It's simpler to deselect the widget option, which gives you a longer code, but provides the url (as before, in the fourth pair of quotation marks) without the confusing artwork parameter.



Unfortunately it's a bit squashed, but better than nothing.

The 'Last movie I watched' thread seems to have autopruned again.

Can't someone turn that setting off? I mean, how many mods does it take to change a light bulb? :bom: Or is M the only one with access to the bells and whistles?

I know this issue has come up before, but I can't remember where.

I thought some of us here with the 'staff' badge had the means to sort out the threads, trim them and everything yet considering Tux can't sticky threads and is a 'staff' member I guess only M...has the power.
