| http://www.telegraph.co.uk/culture/film/8861567/Sir-Sean-Connery-I-cant-understand-him-says-Sir-Roger-Moore.html - Quote :
- Sir Roger, who usually loses to Sir Sean on lists of the nation’s favourite James Bond, expressed misgivings about his predecessor as 007 in an interview with Cambridge University’s Varsity magazine.
Asked for his opinion on the Scottish actor, Sir Roger — who, it should be pointed out, is almost as well known for his wicked sense of humour as he is for playing Bond, replied: “Sean is a good actor; it’s a pity I can’t understand what he’s saying.”
Sir Roger, 84, who played 007 seven times between 1973 and 1985, also confessed that he was unimpressed with the last Bond movie, Quantum of Solace.
He described the film, starring Daniel Craig, as “a long disjointed commercial”.
Sir Roger, who gave a speech to students at the Cambridge Union, said Johnny Depp was his favourite contemporary actor, but added: “I wish he would change his name to something I can remember.” |

| "A long disjointed commercial."
Spot on. Bond films are meant to be long, jointed commercials.
Good to see Moore making public appearances. The young generations of this day must absorb as much of him as they can. |

| Moore is a legend. While I love Quantum, I love his attitude towards it.
And sure, it is a damn pity he can't understand him! :D |

| Roger is too good humoured and too good natured to be taken too seriously here, the Mail is tabloid trash of the worse kind so balanced and/or appropriate reporting is very unlikely. |

| Might as well be the Mail, the BBC's article seems to be the same as that above just in a slightly different order.
