MPAA release initial rating information for 'Skyfall'

Russia recently introduced a Western-style rating system for film/TV/radio, etc. with 6+, 12+, and 16+ levels. Well, Skyfall got the 16+ rating, which I think is an idiotic decision. Although Skyfall is projected to at least double QOS' $18 million earnings in Russia, this decision may hurt its box office to an extent.
