Perhaps, but relationships where partners allow each other that freedom are rare. A lot of so-called "open" relationships are only open for one partner. |

I think that confirms this report not challenges it. Assuming a reasonably attractive man, I'd say that the ones who have the least sex are those trapped in longterm relationships. True, but I was more referring to the belief that men desire and need sex more than women. Hence why the expectation would not be for them to be the first to want to "tap out" on such an experiment. |

| What do you mean by "reasonably attractive"? Flabby old farts with hairs growing from their noses and ears and insufferable bad breath? I just ask because that's what most miserable married middle-age tossers would call themselves when asked about their appeal to women; reasonably attractive. God, when you start using that it's no wonder most of those types have the most sex with their right hands. |

| The notion that women cheat less than men always seemed quaint to me, TBH.
People cheat on each other, for a variety of reasons. |

This seems based on the notion that the large majority of women are only interested in marrying a man, finding a reason to divorce him and then bleeding him dry. Which, in spite of the huge divorce statistics, is not true. It rather reminds me of this De Beauvoir quote (in which she refers to those women not joining the "movement") : - Quote :
- A worker’s wife, for example, is least free to join the movement.
She knows that her husband is more exploited than most feminist leaders and that he depends on her role as the housewife-mother to survive himself. I would agree that alimony payments are absurd in some scenarios (I personally know of one 60-something woman who has been living of her ex-husband to a certain extent for the past 35+ years in spite of being perfectly capable of working herself). I don't necessarily see them as legislation purely designed to destroy men's lives, though. |

He's hoping for a handjob...but that's an economic transaction too. |
