News Corp. renames entertainment assets to 21st Century Fox

The name replaces the previous proposed moniker of “Fox Group.”

Name will become effective after News Corp splits its entertainment and publishing assets, the latter of which includes the Wall Street Journal, the Times of London, the New York Post and HarperCollins book publishing.

News Corp. first announced the separation in June.
