I find it hilarious that everyone built up hype for the iPhone 5, only for Apple to go "lol iPhone 4 update".

On the plus side, all versions are Global Phones and the camera is allegedly better. On the minus side, no 4G.

Nope, but then again, 4G is yet to really blossom.

The 4S isn't worth $500. I'd buy it if I were eligible for an upgrade right now. Siri and the 1080p camera are enough for me.

Too bad my fucking 3GS was stolen. Had to buy a new phone which fucked up my eligibility for an upgrade.

I thought about getting the 16GB version, as I don't plan to put any music or load the phone with gaming apps.

But, the 1080p camera interested me, and I wanted the extra space in case I thought of shooting any video on the fly. You know, in case one of those Wall Street protesters lifted their shirt, or something.

What type of smartphones are you people using?

I'm thinking about upgrading to the iPhone 5. The Nexus 4 looks pretty nice, too. It's also wireless.

The HTC phones look promising; however, I owned one back in 2009 or so and pledged to never buy one again. Complete piece of shit.

I have a Droid RAZR M. I'm pretty satisfied with it.

I don't like iPhones.

For a long time I carried a LG Cosmos, but once that gone on the fritz I decided to finally upgrade to a smartphone. Now I have an iPhone 4 and so far I've been pretty satisfied with it. Not eager to upgrade to a 5, and if I do need to upgrade one day I'll probably go for something different.

Samsung Galaxy S3. In truth, I only went Android because of the ability to upgrade storage.

At present, I would stick with Motorola or Samsung for Android phone. LG's have been behind the pack for a while and I haven't been fond of HTC since the Rezound.
