Director Cary Fukunaga admits to shooting scenes without knowing how it will all tie together. Does it show in the film? Don't forget your spoiler tags if necessary!

Sounds like Cary backpedaling.
We all know the scripting issues involved with this one and we know it was formulated to honour CR06 and SP. If it felt long and/or if story threads felt confusing/odd, it confirms many of my fears.
