So I post in the Star Wars thread and realize that the flick really does not need a whole section of its own. It doesn't get much traffic here, so I think it might be best to just merge all the VII threads into one and move it to the main Film Discussion section.

Could you do that? For some reason my mod powers don't work in that sub-forum.

Just realized that unlike all the other sub-forums, that one dedicated to Star Wars doesn't seem to have any mods assigned. It's no man's land. I'll have to PM Lazenby.

I'm not trying to step on any toes, but I'd say it's time to appoint some new administrators around here.

I think at least three frequent contributors should be granted administrator privileges. That'll keep the forum running smoothly in case one or the other goes on hiatus.

A new Bond production means potential for new members. We can't have them signing up and seeing an outdated and neglected forum.

Control and Python are obvious choices. Maybe Hilly, Dog, Sharky or Oppers for the other slot?

After the j7 debacle, I don't think I deserve the position.
