Predict the plot of SkyFall

Some idiot over at Wikipedia was claimnig that SKYFALL will be an adaptation of an undeveloped Bond video game called "Live Today, Die Tomorrow", where the villain was going to use a computer-controlled worm called "Phantasm" (which was literally a giant, artificially-intelligent mechanical worm) to trigger meltdowns in Romanian nuclear power plants, rendering the country inhospitable and forcing people to live in a sewer complex as revenge for having been forced to live as an orphan. He was unclear how this was being adapted to fit the locations of SKYFALL, but he was adamant that it was true. It sounds like - and probably is - badly-written fan fiction that spliced together the early drafts of TOMORROW NEVER DIES with BATMAN RETURNS.
