The Rock wants to be in a Bond movie

I wouldn't mind...

I actually do like him, he's charismatic enough to make movies watchable (unless they're geared towards kiddies). I thought he was a highlight in FAST FIVE and trumped the rest of the cast.

As for him being in a Bond film, I wouldn't mind him being a henchman. It's been awhile since we had a truly prominent (and decent) henchman. I'm sure he'll be a lot better than Rick Yune.

I'm all for a minor villain who can wipe the floor with Bond's ass, unlike Patrice.

I'd say Patrice is the best henchman since GoldenEye, but only by default when you look back at Elvis, Rick Yune, Davidov, Stamper. The series definitely needs a truly iconic henchman for Bond 24.

I'd have no objections to The Rock being in a Bond flick. And at least he's not so presumptuous to demand that he actually be cast as Bond.

I'd consider him one of the more charismatic and engaging performers conscripted to action films these days, more than happy to see him in a henchman or support role.

He could continue the Bond tradition of villains with some sort of ugly physical disfigurement.

OK granted, most people refer to them as 'tattoos', but ...

True, but an important component to a great 007 henchman is charisma, which Johnson has. He'd be a big step up after non-entities like Rick Yune.
