Because apparently the right to bear arms is more important that the right for children to go to school without pissing their pants in terror.

Isn't that what they already said after Newtown anyway? It's all about profit anyway, they couldn't care less who uses those guns as long as they're filling the pockets of the manufacturers. It has never been about protecting the right to bare arms, otherwise they'd try to go all the way up to selling nuclear weapons.

In my two years at BaB, I've notified how politics reduces us to mere parodies of our simian cousins. Slinging mud, lashing out and ganging up into cliques. It's time we learnt from our lessons and moved on to more fruitful discussion.
