- EON PRODUCTIONS, the producers of the James Bond films, learned this morning that an early version of the screenplay for the new Bond film SPECTRE is amongst the material stolen and illegally made public by hackers who infiltrated the Sony Pictures Entertainment computer system.
Eon Productions is concerned that third parties who have received the stolen screenplay may seek to publish it or its contents. The screenplay for SPECTRE is the confidential information of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Danjaq, LLC, and is protected by the laws of copyright in the United Kingdom and around the world. It may not (in whole or in part) be published, reproduced, disseminated or otherwise utilised by anyone who obtains a copy of it. Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios and Danjaq LLC will take all necessary steps to protect their rights against the persons who stole the screenplay, and against anyone who makes infringing uses of it or attempts to take commercial advantage of confidential property it knows to be stolen. |

| I really wish I hadn' read the spoilers, it gave me a creepy feeling even when I know it's not the final script they were about. I couldn't resiste and paid with a hangover. On the other hand most of the kids reading the Panem books are massively spoilered for the movies, no? I' say a lot of info would have been revealed by the clapperboards they put up themselves. Sony leaks are only interesting because of the execs showing doubts. I wager that's just the usual way they discuss projects, nothing extraordinary. |

| Everyone might want to be careful. A shooting outline leaked and it's pretty detailed. |

| Gonna avoid this section like I did with Skyfall.
Somehow I still managed to find out that M croaks and Eve is Moneypenny. |

| I'll be avoiding it too. The only reason I gave a peak at some of the leaks was because of the controversy surrounding certain elements, which according to Harms were hopefully remedied. |

| I'm doing what I can to avoid spoilers, however I have to confess that big surprises or secrets rarely if ever make a film for me...I knew what was coming for all the early films and it didn't make them any less fun....on the flipside a film like 'sixth sense' was a total surprise but surprise gone I have no wish to watch it again. Filmmakers need to get over themselves and not overly rely on shock, the escalation can lead to desperate shocks which actually ripple back and negatively affect the series. |
