Yeah, probably lots of Pinewood and then the locations we've seen from the "on the location" pictures. I assume some dialogue snippets between members of MI6, and then a subtle reference (or overt) to SPECTRE / Blofeld.

Yeah I think they will include a brief snippet of the Day of the Dead festival, but then some car stunts in Rome and some snow action with Hinx. Will probably get at least one sentence of M dialogue, something from Lea Seydoux and maybe just a walking shot from Lucia Sciarra.
Here are the teasers for Craig's other films. I feel we got a better sense of the films from QOS and SF teasers.

If it were me, I'd redo the lines from QOS where Mr. White finds it hilarious that MI6 and the CIA have no idea that Quantum existed. But this time, I'd make his laughter bitter and humourless and extend the dialogue a bit:

"All this time, we've been so careful, thinking that MI6 and the CIA have been watching over our shoulders, listening in on our calls when the truth is you don't even know we exist!"
Follow up with the usual action montage, then finish with this:
"But somebody else did."
Or words to that effect.

New idea for how it could go:

There's a big party featuring Waltz, Bautista and Bellucci as hosts. Waltz taps his glass to get everyone's attention and starts making a speech that's a backhanded insult to the guests, most of who miss the joke and take it as a compliment. Waltz proposes merging all of their assets, giving himself sole control and promising fabulous wealth in exchange for their unyielding loyalty. The enthusiasm in the room wanes, and he admits that he didn't think that they would agree, and reveals that "as an added incentive, I took the liberty of poisoning your drinks" and that everyone has about three minutes to sign over their interests before they die. Panic ensues, and the trailer ends with a close-up of Waltz toasting the room, with an octopus ring clearly visible on his finger.
