R.I.P. to a true one-off ... a unique artist, his ability to convincingly dabble and experiment in many musical genres was remarkable and his influence on other artists (and indeed on culture in general) is incalculable.

Truly heartbreaking. But thankfully he did go somewhat on his own terms with his new CD only being released Friday on his birthday. I've been listening to it on Spotify and it's great although very eerie and sad given the whole CD is essentially about his death and him saying goodbye. I do recommend a listen if you can stomach it.

R.I.P. David Bowie, you were a legend.

I watched the Lazarus video yesterday. It flits between Bowie in a hospital bed and being up out of same, writing things down.
