With the abundance of movie scenes available on Youtube, I thought this might be a fun topic in which we share some of our personal favorites with each other.
I will start us off with something light but fun:

There seems to be a lack of scenes from "Ride the High Country" on youtube. All I could find of the wedding scene was a short clip of dubious quality. Still wanted to share that movie in here. It is my belief it was a strong influence on Robert Altman's "McCabe and Mrs. Miller". Which in turn influenced "Deadwood" (something that David Milch has admitted himself). I am specifically talking about all of the scenes at the mining camp.

Wanted to add the dialogue-less Rififi heist scene but it appears Youtube doesn't have it either.

I like the silent threat of "Seven Men from Now" in its opening scene.

Supposedly the dog moving just as the tension reaches its crescendo was not planned.

Any 5 minutes you nominate from that flick is worthy of inclusion in a thread such as this.

The greatest love scene in film history, and mainly because it is so tastefully done. Sure, it's protracted and fairly graphic, but only a cretin would call this pornography. Tender, sweet and innocent. Tipper Gore and Nancy Reagan might sigh their approval.

One of the great Shane Black scenes.

Can't seem to find the library scene from "Shadow of a Doubt".

One of the things I love about "Blow Out" is the (now) oldschool audio equipment. Especially in the scenes back at his studio.

I thought this thread seemed familiar. Good to revive it, though - Youtube has come a long way since 2011.

It seems my tastes haven't changed, although there's plenty of dialogue in the scene, above. However, those are excellent words. Not smartarse Tarantino-style crap.
Supposedly Tarantino's inspiration for the briefcase in "Pulp Fiction".
Ralph Meeker is an underrated actor. He's terrific in "The Naked Spur" too.
