Live And Let Die- Bond Allies

After looking at jamesbond.wikia and the wiki page on Bonds Allies, I would like to get some peoples ideas on who is a Bond Ally, looking at Live And Let Die.

There are Bond Allies that feature in most of the films, in Live And Let Die they are:

Miss Moneypenny
M
Felix Leiter

Live And Let Die specific allies are:

Quarrel Jnr.

Please let me know if you think there are any more

Strutter.

I don't really consider Strutter a major ally because he doesn't really do anything of merit, Bond gets away from Mr Big's thugs and then Strutter shows up, and then he dies watching over a Fillet of Soul, so overall doesn't do much to help Bond.

But nonetheless, he is an ally.
