why can't you find Either Spectre or Skyfall Streaming?

I can find almost every bond movie made with the exception of SkyFall and Spectre .. i don't understand ..why are these two movies buried ? are they owned by some one else .. is this a case like Thunderball and Never Say never again? why can't i see these two outstanding movies?

neither movie is "free on Prime." . or any where else while all the other Bond movies are " free" with subscription.."

No idea.

But burying Spectre sounds just like the place where it deserves to be.
