A Good Little Crew

I just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying BaB lately. What we lack in quantity, we more than make up for in quality. There are probably no more than 10 truly active posters on the site, but you're all quite good indeed. It's great to see Trevanian back in the fold, and our two leading ladies, Sarai and Salome', add something invaluable. Additionally, Somerset has proved the best new poster to happen along in many a long moon, and I hope he is with us for the duration.

So, cheer-o, and let us soldier on, whatever Babs and her not-so-merry pranksters may spring upon us. The spirit of James Bond, the true James Bond, animates this little website, and it shall sustain us.

I echo this. So great to have Trev, Sarai and Salome back and Somerset is proving to be a stellar contributor. I also enjoyed Thunderpussy’s contributions too but he seems a little less active these days.


And good on you for spreading a bit of positivity, PK! Similarly, I’ve been enjoying your output since your return, too.

You guys and gals are all ace and make the place a nice little haven from the “real world.” Much like the Old Web was, I’m talking with people instead of belching into the guff stream. Indeed, the whole reason B&B exists is because we wanted an old timey, close-knit meeting place.

Well, I've been called many things, most of which are unmentionable in mixed company, but it's been a while since anybody called me sweet. You're sweet to do so, Sarai.

It's nice to be able to pop in and muse on Bond without having to pull my punches or explain what I'm talking about.

I want to join in and say that after a good year here, I have started to feel at home.
The place is not as active as it could be, but crowded places are not that attractive anyway.

I love this place for this reason. It may not be very active but very welcoming. When I pop back in after a few months of being away it is like I never left. I love engaging with the folks her about Bond. The other places have so much noise and nonsense. I didn’t mind it 20 years ago. But now I appreciate how cordial this site is. One opinion, another opinion, but at the end of the day no matter what people feel it is all good vibes. We are all here because we love Bond and it has an impact on us
