...at the Bottoms Up Beer and Liquor store in Lawrenceville, Indiana
Forget Q, a southern Indiana man can afford his own gadgets, thank you very much.
A 46-year-old Vincennes man with a unique name claimed a $6.5 million Illinois Lotto prize on Wednesday in Springfield. James Bond Jr. bought his winning ticket for the August 13 drawing at Bottoms Up Beer and Liquor in Lawrenceville, Illinois, just across the state border from his Indiana hometown.
Vincennes, Indiana is located about 160 miles east of St. Louis.
Bond movie aficionados may recognize the name of the convenience store where the ticket was purchased. The Bottoms Up Club in Hong Kong made an appearance in the 1974 film The Man with the Golden Gun, starring Roger Moore as the super spy.
