I just tried out the scrambled eggs recipe from "Thrilling Cities".

Waaaay too much butter. It was like having cinema popcorn for breakfast.

Realised about 10 minutes out the door this morning that while I had appropriately divided the number of eggs to serve one instead of four, I had not divided the amount of butter. So I had 6oz. of butter with three eggs instead of 1 and a half oz!
