| I just tried out the scrambled eggs recipe from "Thrilling Cities".
Waaaay too much butter. It was like having cinema popcorn for breakfast. |

| Realised about 10 minutes out the door this morning that while I had appropriately divided the number of eggs to serve one instead of four, I had not divided the amount of butter. So I had 6oz. of butter with three eggs instead of 1 and a half oz! |
