| David Arnold should stay because most of his work is brilliant and very suitable. He has produced a lot of tracks which I love, such as:
TND: Surrender Paris and Bond Backseat Driver Hamburg Break In Station Break The Last Goodbye White Knight Hamburg Break Out A Tricky Spot for OO7 Helicopter Ride Carver's Party Kowloon Bay Bike Chase All in a Day's Work
TWINE The World Is Not Enough Only Myself to Blame Come in OO7, Your Time Is Up Welcome to Baku Body Double Elektra's Theme Caviar Factory (Bond theme) Christmas in Turkey Casino Torture Queen Access Denied
DAD Welcome to Cuba A Touch of Frost Iced Inc. Wheelchair Access Kiss of Life Peaceful Fountains of Desire
CR Vesper's Theme Blunt Instrument African Rundown The Switch City of Lovers You Know My Name Solange Dinner Jackets Aston Montenegro Train to Montenegro The Name's Bond, James Bond
QOS Field Trip Time to Get Out Inside Man I Never Left DC3 Target Terminated Bond in Haiti Somebody wants to kill you Camille's Story Night At The Opera Greene and Camille Pursuit at Port Au Prince |

| Even he suggested to EON it was alright if they let him take a break The only tracks of his I really like to be honest are Paris and Bond/The Last Goodbye, A Night At The Opera and Peaceful Fountains of Desire. Actually, I don't mind his collaborations with Don Black (i.e. Surrender, The World Is Not Enough, No Good About Goodbye) if only for the fact that they're better than what most theme song artists are coming up with individually. I do appreciate that in Quantum Of Solace, for all that films horrible flaws, he let the film breathe a little instead of drowning it out with noise. That might've been Forster's influence though. |

| Although I do like most of his work (except DAD), I think he should go now. He's just no Barry. |

| He should go to hell. James Bernard is waiting for him with a red hot poker. |

| I think there are bits from the soundtracks that redeem him, but it's only bits, so he should go. I'm no expert on film scores, but he clearly lacks subtlety a good deal of the time. There's something to be said for having noticeable, stand out themes in a film score, but if they're coming too often, it loses it's punch. |

| I see no wrong in him taking a mandated break for a film or two and then be given another chance. His QOS score was his most mature one, so perhaps by 2014 or so he'll be able to offer something significantly better. |

| He definitely needs to get booted, he has had his time in the seat, and imo has failed to deliver a really powerful score. He does have a few good cue's though( but thats not saying much). |

| His soundtracks have good tracks and are overall suitable enough, however it's nothing special and sometimes too generic. Every non-Arnold soundtrack provides the movie with a unique touch while Arnold's efforts are roughly the same. |

| Give someone else a go. The series' scores are stagnating. |

| :lol!: Not alot of love for Davey Arnold. Should he go? Hell yes. The way I look at it, has he done anything great since he became composer of the Bond films? The answer is a simple no. He's had what five chances to come up with something to redeem himself. Most of his work is indistinguishable from any other. Look at what the great John Barry gave us over the course of his Bond career. Arnold is a Casio Keyboard and a synthesiser. Barry was the full orchestra. |

| I have nothing against Arnold, but his scores lack punch. If you want a score that compliments the movie and fits the cue then he's your guy. But if you are looking for some remarkable tracks and a great title, memorable title song you need to find someone else.
20 or 30 years down the road, no one is going to be able to hum the melody of TND, TWINE, or DAD. They just aren't memorable. |

| I've found Arnold's work to be sufficient. Not a lot that's truly great, but only one score that I absolutely despise.
Really like his scores for Tomorrow Never Dies and Quantum of Solace. Loathe Die Another Day. The rest are just "meh."
That said, I'm up for a fresh face. Let some new blood in to shake things up. |
