The first thing that popped into my head when I saw his name was this scene. Maybe because of Sienna Miller.

Q kills Bond.... Also look out for potential future Bond, Tom Hardy.

Curious. Not sure how to feel about Q being so young.

Never seen him act or speak, but the age range seems about right. In the high-tech world of today, it *feels* right that the Quartermaster would be someone very young and tech-savvy. It really wouldn't be as credible if there were an actor in his 50's or 60's playing this role AND trying to deflect quips from Bond.

I like the casting, I like the idea, and I can get behind this role as long as he's allowed to play it straightforward and without any humor or animosity between Bond and Q.

I saw him in the Hour and he might just work as Q but the age thing is a bit of a niggle. Cripes.

Well, if he doesnt work we've at least got the next 50 years to get used to him. ;)

Q being young makes a lot of sense.

Think about it. He has to be technology and computer savvy. A lot different from what the head of Q Branch would be like in the 1960s - an armorer.
