my friend Bill was trying to find the mailing address for some lost friends of his parents

his parents used to be in Houston's High Society

so I used GOOGLE and I found the people Bill was looking for

Mr and Mrs Lyons, members of Houston High Society, owns Real Estate all over Houston, directors of Texas Children Hospitals, Houston Livestock and Rodeo, big contributors to the Republican party and all kind of other things

then we came across the Lyons' Grand-daughter names who turned up to be a movie actress

has her own tv show called Wild in Houston on Channel 55

went to Episcopal High School - graduated in May 2011 ETC ETC

then I came across this,

her name came up in a CONGRATULATORY RESOLUTION with the Texas Legislature this year

so what's going on?

her family taking tax payer money for their own use to send her to college?

what is this?

the TX Legislature has better things to do than waste tax payer money on one single person just because her parents maybe famous or 'pillar' of the community

I looked up the AUTHOR or this, REP. BEVERLY WOOLEY and she spents more time making these CONGRATULATORY RESOLUTIONS and OTHER USELESS THINGS than passing laws that help people!!
