What about "colored" or "baby of color"? Can we use that? I mean, how soon before "African-American" is considered impolite? Every other phrase to refer to people from Sub-Sahara Africa has been phased out, and I'm guessing African-American will too, which is why I want to get ahead of the curve and move on to the next catch phrase we're all going to be using to tip toe around the subject.

"Blessed" implies that she didn't have to do anything to acquire what she has. I'm sure she's had to work hard to maintain her body and develop her talent, thus resulting in a large bank account.
