He's only made one good film, though. What film is that? TERMINATOR
I met someone who interned for Cameron, not too long ago. Apparently he's quite the c***.
Mr. Wade may say otherwise, though, as I believe he once interviewed Cameron. I have read about him on his behaviour on set, he wants perfection. Interesting, considering nearly all of his films are shit. Who is Cameron inspired by? James Cameron? |

Who is Cameron inspired by? James Cameron? Your opinion doesn't make that so. He is highly regarded by the industry and is one of the few they trust a shedload of money with. Possible because he delivers even in the face of all the ranting by people who dislike his movies or even his name. |

| I asked him about being a c***. This is what he said: - Quote :
- Actually, the actors never say that. The media says that. The actors don’t say that. If you want to be a good journalist, go find a quote, a quote, which you won’t be able to, of an actor saying that I was demanding, at least in a negative way. They may say that I challenge them to do their best work, but in actor speak, that’s a compliment.
I tell them going in, ‘we’re going to the Super Bowl, so be ready.’ But they love that. Are you kidding? An actor wants to be challenged. They want to be artistically challenged. They don’t want their patience to be challenged waiting four or five hours for lighting setup. They don’t want to be challenged sitting in their trailer trying to keep their character together while everybody’s running around solving production problems. That’s not the kind of challenge they want. What they want is artistic, creative challenges, and I’m all about that.

| Linda Hamilton said Terminator 2 was the hardest movie she ever filmed because Cameron kept reshooting the same scenes over and over until he felt it was perfect;
yet she ended up marrying him afterward.....
yeah, he is a control freak and a perfectionist, marry him!! |
