Just to clear this all up: he's in a porno store....in a "private booth"....and he's committing a "lewd act" upon himself...and he's arrested for it? What exactly does one do in a private booth inside of a porno store if not something lewd? It's not an inter-dimensional gateway, or a mediation chamber.

And get THIS: the officer who arrested Stahl also arrested Fred Willard. Boy, this cop sure does get around!

What are you expected to do in these private booths? Take notes so that you can post your review about the movie on your blog later in the evening? The police in that area are killing jobs. If they keep arresting people in these booths, the owners of the store won't need janitors to come in anymore and mop the floors. My other explanation is also this:

why was the other man not arrested if Williard was caught in a sex act with another man? Maybe the other man was an undercover cop.

The police can't release more details to the press because it will taint the investigation and the jury selection.

If Stahl was in a private booth spanking his monkey, why would the officer arrest him?
