Denis Gassner is Bond 24's Production Designer

Deadline confirms it at the Art Directors Guild Awards as Gassner wins for Skyfall.

Earlier in the evening, the Bond franchise’s production gurus Gassner, Ken Adam, Peter Lamont, and Allan Cameron were honored with the guild’s Cinematic Imagery Award, recognizing the longest-running franchise in film history for its visionary and innovative design. Gassner called the franchise “the greatest privilege of my life and career”. The only person to take the stage twice tonight, he joined the Bond team as production designer on Quantum Of Solace and Skyfall and is working on the next Daniel Craig-starring sequel, Bond 24. “It’s a joy to be able to work with such good people,” he said from the podium after winning the final award of the night, “because it’s such hard work.”

And news about B24 already begins to appear. Good news at that.

So QOS finaly get some credits. Shame that he don't get that Art Directors Guild Award for QOS but for Skyfall, because after all he start at QOS and production design/art design of QOS looks very good. Skyfal have another style and not heaving a WOW! feeling that i got with QOS.

Nice TMND production designer Allan Cameron also get some credit, i think some of Gassner style from Skyfall (The scene in China with elevator)remember me from TMND. But as said in another thread, Skyfall missing the glamor TMND have.

A have a litle bit hate to Skyfall with all those prices as i have with LOTR-ROTK, TDK and TDKR.

It's a shame TND's Allan Cameron got credit for his arcade consoles and not the legendary Syd Cain.
