Apparently Alice Eve has an even worse reputation of being difficult to work with than Katherine Heigl. And that is saying something.

Hey, I like Monica, I just think her moment passed a long time ago. Lest I be accused of sexism, I think Daniel Craig is too old for Bond too. You can imagine what I made of Roger Moore.

So when would you say her expiration date ran out in terms of her Bond girl viability? I know she was rumored a few times during the Brosnan era.

Monica looked at her best in her mid to late 30s, but it will all depend on the part. If she's been written as a 50+, there'll be no problem.

I still shudder at Craig in CR, in his early 40s and playing a rookie - that's the mandatory retirement age for a field agent.

He was only 37 at the time, but looked more than his age.

Needless to say, I haven't watched the Matrix sequels.

Maybe there is some annoyance on my part. Bond should be about fantasy rather than realism, but some of the women in recent films have looked all too obtainable. In Olga's case, she could have been plucked from any window in De Wallen.
