Batman message boards. If you're looking for a single location with a write-up, you won't quite find it. FWIW, it sounds pretty neat to me, and I'd recommend folks leave it for the finished film. I'm not one to usually regret spoiling movies, but in this case, I kinda wish I hadn't read what I read.

THE DARK KNIGHT RISES establishes earlier in the film that back during BEGINS, when Wayne was wandering the world and possibly dead, Alfred went traveling in Europe, he would occasionally walk past a cafe where he thought he saw a man that looked like Bruce, but when he got closer, he saw it wasn't him at all.
During the finale of the film, Batman picks up a nuclear fission device in the Bat and flies into the river with it. Everyone assumes Batman has died.
There's a final montage of scenes (lots of Gotham recovering, etc.). As this montage plays out, Alfred gets a plane ticket, and John Blake (Joseph Gordon Levitt) gets a GPS with pre-loaded coordinates thanks to Bruce Wayne's last will and testament.
In Europe somewhere, Alfred passes the cafe he talked about, and sees a blurry figure who might be Wayne. He gets closer and sees that the man is with Selina Kyle. He smiles, knowing that Bruce is alive and well, and leaves.
The final moments of the montage feature John Blake discovering the Bat Cave. As the cave comes to life, he takes his badge off and throws it away. The end.
