Can't argue with that ( :roll: ), but seriously, what is the purpose of this? Is this some sort of "Be a moderator" day, when everybody can be a mod for 24 hours? Or is this just for the time being, before the actual mods are chosen?

There's an announcement about it and a possible mods list in the Enquiries section, mate. We're still all waiting for it to be sorted, which I assume it will be in the next couple of days. Until then, you get to have the word "Moderator" under your username. 8)

In short we all mods to spread the workload - help each other out. If you notice people are assigned specific sections to be mods off and not others. Sections they have expertise in and thus will visit more often making it easier to moderate. For example I'm a mod but only for FanFic.

Okay then.

I bet I wont stay as a mod, but that doesn't matter, I like being just an average user. But if there's ever going to be Bond and Non-Bond video game sections, I want to be a mod on those.

A few suggestions for M:

- Allow editing of one's posts in private conversations.

- Enable the site to use cookies to remember content of reply boxes, so that if one goes back, or clicks on a link, the text will be saved.

- Do the same for one's log in name. I have to keep typing in 'Sharky' in the name box, yet it memorises my password.
