I like the Japanese posters. Only rewokings of the originals, but Kanji seems to make them more interesting, To the non-speaker at least.

Also, TLD was the last 'old school' poster to my eyes. The last 'old school' film as well...

My vote goes to TLD. All the subsequent posters have been fairly soulless and dull.

I know there's an English version of that one, but I have the Japanese one on a shirt and I'm fond of it :-P

The TB jetpack one. and the YOLT walking on the ceiling one. With the "dirty harry' version of Licence Revoked in 'nice try' category.

Pretty nifty.

Sometimes I think the Japanese use movie posters as an avenue for over-compensation.

One trend I wish that would change in the movie posters since 1987 has been how the teaser posters were always better than the theatrical ones. Bond stacking his gun with his chips on the card table in CR. The smoking gun on a block of ice for DAD. The fiery silhouette for TWINE (not sure what that had to do with the film, but it was a nice image).

27 x 40 " (about 70 x 100 cm)

Bought it along with a TWINE poster of the same size. Waiting to get them framed, and I'll alternate between my QOS one, which I got from a cinema after it stopped showing back in 2008.

Moved to Bond Merchandise...

Just a few of the best. Prefer the older ones. But a couple from Brosnan were good.

His head looks like it was pasted on someone else's body.

My favourite, hence it graces my wall.
