That's an excellent amendment to the list so far, Rufus!
I'd just like to add that:
Matthieu Amalric was also in Munich with Daniel Craig and Michel Lonsdale;
Roger Moore and Priscilla are in the same segment of Sunday Lovers;
and no one has mentioned The ABC Murders (1965) yet, which features Julian Glover and James Villiers.
And these three I believe were on the original list:
Christopher Walken and Shane Rimmer in The Dogs of War;
Pierce Brosnan and Christopher Lee in Detonator (aka Death Train)
Edward Fox, Barbara Carrera and John Terry in The Wild Geese II.
More to come as they occur.
EDIT: Christopher Lee and Patrick Macnee made several Holmes & Watson adventures together. The one I'm watching right now - Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady (1991) - features Macnee masquerading as Lee's Holmes' valet (shades of AVTAK)!
Macnee had already played Watson to Moore in Sherlock Holmes in New York (1976) with CR '67's John Huston as Moriarty.
EDIT: G Section remembered 7 alumni in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, but missed Vernon (Max Kalba) Dobcheff.

I'm surprised that no one has already mentioned:
THE LIQUIDATOR (by John Gardner) featuring Derek Nimmo and John Le Messurier (Casino Royale '67) and Jill St. John (DAF).
BTW WBstore is taking orders for a limited run of LIQUIDATOR DVDs. I don't know whether Simon G will receive any royalties from this, but I promised him that I would buy one if this ever happened, so let's show our support ("Makes a great gift!" - At least, that's what I told my ladylove).
EDIT: Right now I'm watching Lord Jim, featuring Daliah Lavi (CR '67), Marne Maitland (Lazar), Curt Jurgens (Stromberg) and Walter Gotell (Morzeny & Gogol).

Just discovered this: IVANHOE, starring Roger Moore and Robert Brown, beginning a history where the two would work together on many other projects before Bond. The show lasted 39 episodes from 1958-1959. Also featured on this first episode is Anthony Dawson.

From the Avengers (1967 - first series in colour):
Apart from the obvious Macnee/Rigg combine, "The Living Dead " featured Julian Glover (FYEO) and Vernon Dobtcheff (TSWLM), and although not a Bond alumnus, Jack Watson worked with Roger Moore on The Wild Geese.
In the first series of The Saint, "The Arrow of God" featured Anthony Dawson and Honor Blackman (pre-Goldfinger). "The Element of Doubt" starred David Bauer (YOLT, DAF) and Bill Nagy (GF). "The Effette Angler" combined George Pravda and Paul Stassino (TB) with Shirley Eaton (GF) .
"The Monte Carlo Murders" episode of Murder, She Wrote featured Patrick Bachau, Maryam D'Abo and, although also not a Bond alumnus, Ian Ogilvy should have starred in AVTAK.
The Persuaders! episode "Element of Risk" featured Shane Rimmer and Bob Sherman (shipmates in TSWLM).

And, as I continue to work my way through The Persuaders:
Bernard Horsfall and Catherine v Schell (OHMSS) in 'The Morning After' episode.
Joseph Furst and Yuri Borienko in 'The Ozerov Inheritance'.
Addendum: G Section started this thread mentioning Sean Connery, Gert Frobe and Curd Jurgens in The Longest Day, but he omitted Walter Gottell, Jack Hedley and Bill Nagy from that cast list.

The Scarlet and the Black
though the main draw was the combined talents of Plummer and Peck, I swiftly discovered that it's liberally sprinkled with alumni of the Bondverse.
Walter Gotell, John Terry (trying to get out of WWII never mind averting it), Michael Byrne, Gabriele Ferzetti (first time outisde OHMSS I've seen him 'speak' English. I invert this as it sounded like he wasn't dubbed but who am I to say), Vernon Dobtcheff (Max Kelba) and Peter Burton.
non-Bond names of note include Sir John Gielguld of course, Raf Vallone (Italian Job etc), Ken Colley (Admiral Piett, Star Wars) and Ennio Morricone.

Recently watched the first series The Saint Episode 'the Arrow of God' which along with ol' Rog features a pre Avengers Honor Blackman and Anthony Dawson (either erratically dubbed or else using every other scene to practice some dreadful Edward G Robinson impression).
